Dr. Amara Collett

Dr. Amara Collett is dedicated to delivering high-quality, comfortable dental care in a friendly and inviting setting. She and her husband, Trent, are the private owners of Premier Dental Care of Buckhead, where they lead a small, close-knit team that prioritizes exceptional patient care and a positive overall experience.

A Georgia native, Dr. Amara was raised in the Atlanta area. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Psychology from the University of Georgia before attending the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta to complete her dental education. Following dental school, she pursued a postdoctoral residency with an emphasis on restorative and cosmetic dentistry, IV sedation, and dental implants. Her training also included hospital experience, where she treated patients facing emergencies and traumatic dental situations. She remains committed to continuing education and stays current with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Dr. Amara is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and the Hinman Dental Society, and she participates in continuing education through Spear and Pankey. Outside of her practice, she enjoys giving back to her community, spending quality time with her family, and building meaningful connections with people from all backgrounds.

She lives in Atlanta with her husband Trent, their two sons, and their golden retriever. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, attending Georgia football games, exploring new restaurants, and making memories with family and friends.
